AFKN Social Networking
Did anyone get this email to take a 9 question survery?
AFKN is interested in learning about your current use of social networking websites and your interest in using similar capabilities at work. The term social networking websites refers to online communities of people who share interests and/or activities, or who are interested in exploring the interests and activities of others. Examples are Facebook, Twitter, Delicious, and LinkedIn. Many people currently use these websites at home, and would like to experience the same capabilities through AFKN. Our goal is to help you connect with other airmen in a way that helps you accomplish your mission more effectively. Your input is valuable as we begin to build these capabilities. Please follow the link below to a brief questionnaire. The questionnaire should only take a couple of minutes to complete, and will provide us with some important information. Sounds like if they get enough responses they might open this up on GOV computers since they are allowing it over in certain Desert locations for communitcations back to their homes.

Yeah that could be kind of nice!! I still think it is BS that they block streaming music sites... god forbid you actually are happy while you are at work!!

I got it too. Ill bet its a bait and switch though. They have been bashing these "social" networks for years, b/c some people just post too much shit on them.
